Refund & Return Policy

At Stonex Handicrafts, we blend tradition, artistry, and purpose to create timeless marble pieces handcrafted by skilled artisans. More than art—it’s a movement to empower communities and preserve cultural heritage. With this same spirit, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, fair, and transparent.
We take great care to deliver each product safely. However, if there are any issues with your order, we gladly offer replacements under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product has been damaged in transit.
To ensure a safe return journey, the product must be packed in its original packaging (including all foam, cushioning, and protective materials).
Replacement Process
- To initiate a replacement, email us at stonexhandicrafts@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please include:

- Clear photos of the issue (damaged/defective part).
- A full photo of the product.
- Our Quality Assurance Team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.

- Pickup: 2–3 business days.
- Delivery back to our warehouse: 4–6 business days.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement for the same product or another of equal/lower value (as per your choice).
Important Notes
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. We only arrange replacements.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition when returned.
- All original items must be included in the package:
- Tags, barcodes, invoice, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Shipping labels attached to the parcel.
- You may be required to print and provide two documents (shared by us) to the logistics partner during pickup.
Order Cancellation
We understand that situations may change. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at stonexhandicrafts@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before the product is shipped from our warehouse (whichever comes first).
