1. Dispatch Timeline
   All confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the time of order placement.
   
2. Delivery Timeline
   Standard delivery timelines range between 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery address and courier partner timelines. Please note that delivery timelines may be extended in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

   Customers will be notified via email or SMS at the following stages:

1. Order Cancellations
   • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
   • Cancellation requests made beyond 24 hours of placing the order will not be entertained under any circumstances.
